Hey! You guys are funny. So maybe you could do an eat-this-not-that show in which you find some foods you love but shouldn't eat often, and find similar, tasty healthy options that you wouldn't mind replacing them with. I know that's a big thing for me, and when I have the good options around, I'm more likely to resist the urge to go to Panda and get some broccoli and beef. I just ate raw broccoli with a snack pack of hummus, and I'm full and kind of proud! Don't throw me a parade though, I'm off to go damage my skin cells. =/
