Tipping The Scale - Episode 03

Welcome back! I'm glad I could finally get a post up on/before when I said it would be up. I think Episode 3 is the best installment yet. Just a reminder, we will have another 2 week break between this post and the next, as I am leaving town again. Hopefully Episode 4 will be worth the wait though. Stay tuned for all the fun and excitement!!!

I loved this episode! I really like the new stuff you added.
You guys are doing awesome keep up the good work!!! It's made me think more about how I should really start eating better and ecersising more and Im gonna make a plan!

Love it again! I really look forward my Monday lunchtime ritual of eating in front of the computer and watching your episode. The new graphics with the previous weight is just fabulous! It might not be the chime from Antiques Roadshow, but the *ding* is somewhat Rocky-esque (made me think of a boxing ring) so it has my stamp of approval. Good luck the next couple weeks!

Oh Lindsey, you going down that slide just made my day! Hahaha
You two are so brave and so awesome to let us all in on this journey of yours! I am so excited when I know there is a new episode up! I am going to get a link to this on my blog soon so others can enjoy your cuteness and senses of humor!
The progress you are both making is so motivating! Even on weeks that have disappointing weigh-ins, either with goals not quite met or a little bit of weight gained, the changes you are making to your lifestyle are literally going to work miracles for you! I know I sound dramatic but as one who didn't start making a good daily diet and exercise a real priority until AFTER I had kids, I can really testify to the blessings your family will have because you committed to this now. You children will someday come into a home where you have worked hard to build a healthy foundation for them. I respect you both so much. For this, and plenty of other reasons. :)

P.P.S. Lindsey, I want to fly to Texas to go on your walks with you while Matt is gone. :)

Matt,
Remember that muscle weights more than fat and as you do strength training exercises you are developing more muscle. Men develop muscle faster than women. Don't worry so much about the lbs! You are doing great.
Lindsey, You too! You are losing so fast, keep going. If you go to French Lake, I'll walk with you.
I am very happy for both of you. The most important thing is to make the changes last a lifetime and to make them in a healthy way. You will see the results sooner or later but you'll get there for sure. Congratulations!

great job you two!!! don't worry Matt I bet you will lose double next time! Sometimes you can do everything right and it still doesn't turn out like you want. But don't be discouraged :) I am very excited for you and look forward to your next episode!

You guys are great! This has motivated me and I'm going to start working on my own plan to work out and lose weight. I have a health coach that calls me every couple of weeks and I just got off the phone with her and told her to check out your blog! I bet if I had to record myself and put it out in front of people it would motivate me! HA! But you don't see me doing something crazy like that! You guys are awesome! LOVE YOU! ~Pam
